Registration opens April 29 for the 2026 Canadian Beef Industry Conference (CBIC), set for August 18-20 at the RBC Convention Centre Winnipeg.
Held every two years, the conference brings together producers, industry leaders, government officials, and researchers from across Canada to share ideas, build relationships, and explore the future of the beef sector.
The event is part of the broader National Beef Strategy, which aims to support a resilient, collaborative, and forward-looking Canadian beef industry. Organizers say the shift to a biennial format allows for a stronger, more focused program aligned with long-term industry priorities.
CBIC is a collaborative effort supported by several national organizations, including the Beef Cattle Research Council, Canada Beef, Canadian Beef Breeds Council, Canadian Cattle Association, and the National Cattle Feeders’ Association.
