Alberta cattle producers interested in becoming more involved in their industry have until the end of today to submit nominations for Alberta Beef Producers delegate positions.
Delegate positions are available across all five ABP zones.
Delegates play an important role in representing the needs and perspectives of producers in their zones, keeping producers informed about ABP’s work, and contributing to discussions and decisions that help guide the organization.
To be eligible, candidates must be at least 18 years old and have paid check-off within the past two years. Nominees must be an eligible producer or representative, and nomination forms must be signed by both the nominee and a nominator from the same zone.
Nominations are due on or before August 31, 2026.
Nomination forms, eligibility information, zone details and answers to frequently asked questions are available on the ABP website.
