Producers can get The Dish on the challenges and opportunities of perennial risk management August 1 at AgSmart in Olds, AB. The Dish is a special informational event hosted by Agriculture Financial Services (AFSC) and AgSmart.

Attendees will gain insights into the opportunities and challenges related to perennial risk management in both Canada and the United States, AFSC’s current position and future goals for the program, and current impacts on the agriculture industry.

This special event starts at 12:30 p.m. and features lunch, a keynote address on perennial risk management in Canada and the United States, and panel discussion on insurance coverage options with management practices and the realities of the cattle business.

Following the speakers, there will be a meet and greet, featuring complimentary beverages from AFSC agri-business clients and strategic partner Olds College Brewery.
